In this newly renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator in a very quiet development with a swimming pool, you can enjoy the tranquility and landscapes of El Tiemblo: its famous Castañar, the Cura beach, the nearby El Burguillo Reservoir or the Toros de Guisando are in the surroundings, being an ideal starting point for excursions and sports, as well as relaxing in a natural environment full of surprises. The space The apartment's interior design has been designed to strike a balance between simplicity, comfort and balance. It is completely exterior, overlooking the surrounding mountains; it has a living-dining room and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed of 135 and another with a trundle bed for children. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, is open and equipped with a mini induction hob with 2 burners, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a toaster. It has a balcony overlooking the mountain where you can have a drink, read or just relax. It's ideal for couples or families with a maximum of 2 children. The decoration of the apartment was done with the aim of creating a relaxing environment, combining elements of Nordic style and new industrial style and seeking harmony with the original terrazzo floor, which was decided to be preserved, with great character and fully up-to-date. Guest access It is located in a quiet residential development with a swimming pool on the outskirts of El Tiemblo, on the same road that goes up to the famous Castañar, and only about 200 m from the town's services (supermarkets, cafeteria, bars and restaurants). There is an outdoor parking area within the development. Other things to note It is a 3rd floor, and access to the apartment is by stairs, without an elevator, there is a first section to the portal. It is important to know the house rules, based primarily on respect for the environment and neighbors. In summer, one wristband per person will be provided for the use and enjoyment of the pool.
