In this newly renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator in a very quiet development with a swimming pool. You can enjoy the tranquility and landscapes of El Tiemblo: its famous Castañar, Playa del Cura, the nearby El Burguillo Reservoir or the Toros de Guisando are located nearby, being an ideal starting point for excursions and sports, as well as relaxing in a natural environment full of surprises. The space The interior design of the apartment has been designed looking for the balance between simplicity, comfort and balance. It is completely exterior, with views of the surrounding mountains; it has a living-dining room and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a 135 double bed and another with a toddler bed. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, is open and equipped with mini induction plate of 2 fires, small refrigerator, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and toaster. It has a balcony with mountain views where you can have a drink, read or just relax. It is ideal for couples or families with maximum 2 children. The decoration of the same was carried out looking for a relaxing environment, combining elements of Nordic style and new industrial style and looking for harmony with the terrace floor of origin, which was decided to preserve, of great character and full currentity. Guest access It is located in a quiet urbanization with swimming pool just outside of El Tremlo, on the same road that goes up to the famous Castañar, and only about 200 m from the services of the village (supermarkets, cafeteria, bars and restaurants). There is an outdoor parking area within the community. Other things to note It is a 3rd floor, and the access to the apartment is by stairs, without elevator, there is a first stretch to the portal. It is important to know the house rules, based fundamentally on respect for the environment and neighbors. In summer season one bracelet will be delivered per person for use and enjoyment of the pool. Losing it will incur a cost of €20/unit. Please extreme caution to avoid your misplacement.
