Mid Century Ranch style home nestled in a neighborhood in East Fayetteville. Lots of natural light, open kitchen with vaulted ceilings in living/dining room. The space If you’re looking to relax and enjoy some down time, this is the place! The house is tastefully decorated almost entirely with authentic vintage 1960’s mid-century furnishings and decor. There is a master bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom with standup shower, a guest bedroom with queen bed, and across the hall is the guest bathroom with bathtub. Both beds boast of tempurpedic mattresses for top notch comfort. Both bedrooms have full length mirrors—behind the door in the guest bedroom and in the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The backyard patio has a gas fire pit and patio furniture to relax at the end of the day. Guest access Wifi throughout, smart TV access on 65” big screen TV (NO CABLE), Keurig, traditional coffee pot, and electric hot water kettle (for tea, oatmeal, etc.) available at the wet bar/coffee bar with mini fridge below. Our bedrooms all feature sound machines for a quiet night's rest. Other things to note BIKERS are welcome! We have garage space for up to 4 bikes (let us know in advance). We are only 3 minutes from Hwy 45 and 265 crossing where you have the most ideal access point to some of the best scenic motorcycle rides in Northwest Arkansas and we are literally 5 minutes from Dickson Street, where Bikes Blues & BBQ event is hosted. BLOCKED DATES: this is our personal home, therefore most dates are blocked by default. Our job gives us lots of flexibility, so if you are looking to book additional dates not listed as available, simply contact me regarding the specific dates and we can see if that would work with our schedule.
