The space This 15-year old country home located at the end of a private road provides peace and solitude, yet is just 40 minutes to Burlington and Lake Champlain, and only 20 minutes to Middlebury and the Green Mountains. Middlebury and Burlington offer many cultural and recreational activities close at hand and the international city of Montreal is just two hours to the north. Don't forget your passports! Summer is festival time in Vermont. The house has an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen,family room with a one full and one half bath on the first floor. There are three large bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and a large third floor office with pull-out sofa with views of the Adirondacks. The house has lovely perennial gardens, and a comfortable deck in a very private setting. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. I will meet you when you arrive to show you the house and property and will see you before you leave. Guest access You will have access to all of the house and laundry room in the basement except for a few closets.
