This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card for dogs only. Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. Please contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile from shops, restaurants, and events. ***Once your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed*** This has to be done so you can receive check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm. The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. The booking guest must attend the reservation. Only one dog under 40 pounds is permitted.
