I've been accommodating those coming to town for rotations, internships, contract jobs and more for the past 4 years. The space This is a private apartment with its own entrance inside a single family home. It's located on a quiet street with easy access to local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It is less than 15 minutes from the airport and about 3 minutes to Bellarmine University. I used to rent this unit by the night, but since the time of the pandemic, it makes more sense to rent to those with longer term needs. This apartment is connected to the upstairs - there is a door in the unit at the top of the stairs leading to the rest of the house. This unit, though very sunny and nice, is in the basement of the home. In full transparency, the laundry is in the unit and everyone in the house uses it. It's never been a problem to share the machines. We will set up a schedule so that no one is disturbed. Dogs allowed. Sorry, no cats. Achoo! ___ This is the perfect space for someone coming to visit their student, to have a nice romantic weekend away, or a clean and comfortable space while working in town.
