Welcome to your tranquil private beach and surfing retreat. Walk to Tourmaline Surf Park with for a fun day in the surf and sand. Hungry after hitting the waves? Walk to the numerous restaurants and grocery stores around you. Go to a yoga studio, or take a bike ride down the boardwalk to Mission beach and Belmont Park. Our casita is a furnished studio with full bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet get away, this is for you. The space The studio is above the garage, which is a separate detached building on our property. You can access the unit via the stairs pictured on the side of the building. Access to the property is through several coded gates on our property. Our studio is a great place for a family to come visit San Diego for a short stay. For longer stays of a month or more, it is perfect for a single person, possibly a couple. The large unit has a queen bed and several sofa/futons that fold down flat for sleeping. Guest access You will have access to the rooftop deck and our backyard. Go up to the deck to see the fireworks from Sea World every night in the summer at 8:50pm. Other things to note We are looking for people who want to enjoy a quiet stay. We don't allow any drugs, marijuana, smoking, or vaping of any kind on the property.
