Not far from beaches, restaurants and stores. Two lively and active children in main part of house. They can be quite noisy especially when friends are over and in the morning. Just blocks from New Brighton Beach and State Park, Capitola Village, Soquel Village and Nisene Marks Forest. 10 minutes driving to Downtown Santa Cruz. Studio is furnished with a queen size bed but will accommodate up to 3 people if you get creative with sleeping arrangements. We can provide floor mat and blankets/pillows for extra guest.
