Stay like a local! The space Great for a downtown getaway. Not a large space but very comfy for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind sharing bathroom and living room. Guest access We have one designated compact car parking space available on site right by your staircase entry for the unit available for $10/day. Please reserve before your check in, otherwise it will be used by the owner of the building; please street park if you do not wish to reserve it, also visitor's parking is not allowed on premises. Try 12th Avenue E - it has 2 hour daytime MO-SA parking limit; free/ 72 hour limit parking can be found on 12th Avenue E and 13th Avenue E, north of E Aloha Street close to Volunteer Park. Pay attention to parking signs as they are changing and may be limited at this time. Other things to note No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property including outdoor spaces. Please do not use side/front yard of the property to short cut to/from 12th Avenue E. but use alley way doing North or South instead, it is pretty much the same distance. Thank you.
