Guest House with Private Entrance

This Guest House is located in the backyard of a Single Family Home. It is designed for long term stays for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. No kitchen in the guest house, and no washer and/or dryer. However, there is a plaza 10min walk away with plenty of food and a laundromat. Very close to the highway 880, 238 to 580, 92. Also, this place has hosted many travel nurses for months as it is very close to Kaiser San Leandro. Inside: comes with a dresser that fits shoes, hang your elegant clothes and a convenient mirror for you and/or your guest to look their best. A full bathroom along with standup shower. Sitting area, couch and countertop. Outside: includes a large open space shared with people living in the front of the house. Private entrance. Guest access Guests have full access to the guest house and will have a private entrance to the house on the side of the property. Other things to note If you have a car, street parking is free. Driving into San Francisco can vary from depending on traffic. Closest Bart Station is Bayfair bart, which is about a 10-15min drive.
