We have quiet hours and request guests show respect, but it is not perfect. - Free Wi-Fi - Free Cleaning* - Nestled on a quiet street - Must descend stairs to entry The space The Cave is a tastefully decorated unit that is accessed through the rear of the building, and you will descend down a flight of stairs to the entrance. The washer and dryer are located outside the main door of the unit. The main door to the suite is then to the left, where you will enter into the rear of the space. You’ll pass the three bedrooms and a small office alcove and then reach the main living space of the unit. There is a cozy couch, and full eat-in kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to the basement unit, street parking and washer and dryer. There is an emergency exit-only door at the end of the suite which is outfitted with an alarm. The door and exit can only be used in case of an emergency. Other things to note **If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered "standard". HVAC is controlled in upstairs unit.
