Charming 3-star cottage, on the Canal greenway

Ideal stopover between Dijon and La Route des Grands Crus, 10 minutes from the Dijon-Prenois Circuit. You will be accommodated in a charming and atypical small house in the center of the village and a few meters from the Burgundy Canal and its greenway. The perfect base for many hikes! We provide bicycles for your rides, and you can relax in our "Essaouira" lounge and herbal tea shop, after enjoying a well-deserved sauna. The space Our atypical cottage has stairs: - a few steps to access the main entrance where the living room (sleeps 2 people), dining area and open-plan kitchen are located; - a suspended staircase to get to the bedrooms; - a spiral staircase to go down, in the basement, to the bathroom – toilet, and to the relaxation area. Guest access Private parking for one vehicle is available, as well as a small patio of approximately 4 m2 and a bike/barbecue shelter. These private spaces reserved for the gîte are located at the entrance to a common courtyard. Important: From the beginning of September 2025 and for a period of 6 months, access to the gîte will remain possible by car under certain conditions due to road works in the municipality.
