Enjoy the entire 4BR/2BA downstairs apartment with a private entrance, parking area and your own patio and BBQ. This property also features a salt water pool/June-Sept pool available depending on weather. Fire pit for relaxing in the evening. The space With your own patio and views of Mt. Hood on a clear day, it is sure to be an amazing trip. The space offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms: * Bedroom 1: King bed located next to a full bathroom * Bedroom 2: King bed next to dining area * Bedroom 3: Double Bed next to media room and bathroom * Bedroom 4: Queen bed and Twin Bed. Private with separate entrance- (this room is a favorite because it is separate from the rest of the rooms) All beds have bug bed protectors on mattresses and pillows In addition, there are 2 sofa couches in the living room, plenty of space for you to watch TV - Movies and play games / Roll Away Twin Bed if needed The full kitchen includes everything you need to cook full meals! We offer a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, blender, electric skillet, coffee pot, french press, teapot, dishes/silverware, and an outside grill on the patio. Lighten your luggage! We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, toothpaste. The Pool is heated with a heat pump so if the weather is not hot the pool will not be warm- Open June through Labor Day Weekend * Anyone using the pool will need to sign a waiver and release of liability form. * Kids can use the pool with adult supervision at all times. * The jacuzzi Doesn't heat up but your welcome to sit in it Washer and dryer and laundry soap are provided only for guests staying more than a week. Guest access You will have access to the entire downstairs apartment with its own parking area (which fits up to 6 cars) and private entrance. The space has double wide entry doors with no steps, which are great for wheelchairs. The entrance is located a short walk from the parking area. Park in front of the garages and follow the chain link fence to entrance. When available, Shelley will show you around and answer any questions you might have. For entering you will need to give the host a 4 digit code for the smart lock prior to your check in. Other things to note Maximum 14 guests, including children No children under 5 - We offer plastic dishes and silverware for children's use. A few games are available for older children. In the media room, you will have your choice of games and movies to keep kids entertained. There is a binder with a list of movies Bedroom #4 This room seems to be the favorite for guests with children. However, to use the bathroom and other facilities you don't have access without going outside under the covered patio to go into the main living space where your other guests will be staying. Very peaceful space with beautiful views. It has very comfortable feeling once you step inside your private oasis. Very comfortable queen size bed and 1 twin bed. If guests require the couches to be made into beds they will stay made into beds during their stay. Couches cannot be flipped into couches and back into beds, too much wear and tear and extra work for the hosts Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed on the premises - no outside guests allowed NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME
