This classic manor is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sedgefield; a scenic, luxury neighborhood located within close proximity to PTI airport, golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants, and Downtown Greensboro. No kids under 12 yrs. About 7000 sq. ft. of lavishly decorated entertainment space, this estate can comfortably accommodate guests of discerning taste. Owner lives on the premises and is very allergic to pets, thus pets are not permitted in the rental. The space The main floor has a spacious open layout (kitchen/dining/living) with 1 bdrm/1 full-bath and washer/dryer. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper levels of the home. There are also two additional living rooms in the upper floors. The entire home boasts an abundance of natural light. There is also a rear balcony with seating overlooking an expansive backyard. Guest access Guests will be able to access the main level and two upper floors of the home. The home has a self-contained basement suite with separate entrances/exits that the owner may choose to occupy during the duration of the rental. This living space is completely separate from the common areas/bedrooms, is not available for rent, and does not overlap with guest space. Other things to note Due to the potential risk of property damage, and the owner being extremely allergic, no pets are allowed on the property. No parties allowed The primary guest (individual who is paying for the rental) must provide a digital copy or photocopy of their government-issued form of ID. prior to being allowed to enter the premises. You must have good reviews which I can see and be satisfied before I approve you as a guest.
