Spacious, very clean bedroom with full private bathroom on the 2nd floor of a TOTALLY SMOKE-FREE, single family home. It has great natural light, is newly carpeted and painted and is in a quiet and charming residential neighborhood. A great place to relax after traveling, sightseeing and shopping. Enjoy TV with Netflix, FireTV, Pandora and Spotify. The space The PRIVATE bathroom has toilet tissue, paper towels, body wash and hand soap. There is comfortable seating with table, a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, yoga mat and a desk and stool. Room door can only be locked while inside for privacy, (it is not a keyed lock). There are no cleaning fees, or daily cleaning services, so guests are asked to basically cleanup after themselves. There is no cooking, microwave only. Upon request, there are disposable utensils, plates, cups, bowls and napkins. During your stay I usually like to give guests their privacy, but I am easily reachable through the app or text.
