Fantastic One Bedroom Apartment,ful

This is a nice traditionally furnished one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but functional. The neighborhood is mixed but changing rapidly. Lots of new housing . .Most people who stay here for more than a few days get over it and I've had a number of people stay longer term .It does have a great bathroom and very comfortable bedroom plus the fireplace in the living room.please this is a complete apartment. No shared kitchen or bath.please the heat stays at 70 degrees not above. The space I am listing a one bedroom apartment in the same house as my other listings.I have done this over adding a separate shower from the soaking tub in the bathroom..There is a large living room with fireplace,desk,and dining room table.Also there is a kitchen fully stocked,and a bedroom with queen size bed.This is completely furnished and is available for two nights or longer term. Breakfast s also included which is served downstairs in the main dining room. This would be ideal for a longer stay as you do have cooking facilities and you have a great bathroom with a huge soaking tub.Also there is a fireplace but no fires ( I’ve had problems with guests so no more) for people interested in longer stays cleaning service is provided. There is laundry facilities on the premises for your use and there is parking. This is a very comfortable apartment. Situated on the second floor of the house,the living room has a southern exposure so it is bright and sunny all day.Ideal for your next trip to Providence and of coarse you have use of the piano downstairs in the living room.Note this house really isn't appropriate for children ,Also due to new coved 19 guidelines from Airbnb I really can’t offer breakfast at this time which I have been offering for the last 10 years.I do not send access information until the day of your reservation.Also there seems to be some confusion lately,this is a complete apartment.There is a living room,kitchen,bathroom,bedroom.you do not share ‘‘this with any other guest”. Also if you are interested in having breakfast please let me know the night before. Guest access This apartment is on the second floor .Parking is up the driveway on the right side of the house.Most people use the side door on the right side of the house along the driveway. There is a digital lock on this door. .Go thru The dining room and up the stairs to the second floor.Your apartment will be staight ahead.There is a keyed lock to the apartment.
