Zion National Park is less than 30 minutes away - Hike Angels Landing, Hidden Canyon or the Subway. Memories are made here at Sand Castle! **POOL HEATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The cost of heating the POOL SYSTEM (Pool and Hot Tub) at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. The cost is $200 for operations and $75 daily heat plus applicable taxes. The Pool Operations Cost covers pre-heat, set up, etc. for the pool. (Operations and daily heat are both required for pool heating) Daily cost is to maintain the pool heat during your stay. We set the system to heat between 82-85. Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed. Pool heating is recommended for guest stays from Oct 1st- May 31st. The HOT TUB may be heated independent of the pool for a flat cost of $75. We set the hot tub heating between 100-102 degrees. Please note that the basketball hoop in the backyard is no longer present. Pets: All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets on the property. If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us. Smoking: This is a strict NON-SMOKING property. (This includes vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule. Escape Properties is available for guests during your stay. We are a resource for local information as well as concerns at the property. We try not to get in your way while you enjoy St George. Though the St George area has a small-town feel, most venues are not in walking distance. A car is highly recommended. Hurricane City has set a pool curfew here in Dixie Springs as this is mainly a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise down in the evenings.
