Cozy, spacious, charming house. 350mt of Tabatinga Beach. Windows with mosquito screens, beautiful garden, barbecue, wide and green lawn, natural shade of native trees, wifi, smartv, equipped kitchen and with Tramontina stainless steel pots, covered garage. We are in a residential and quiet area, a 6 km drive from the center of Jacumã. Access to the beach is by cobblestone street, less than 5min walk, the river is very close too. The space Tabatinga is one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Paraíba and offers diverse landscapes, mangroves, two maceiós, cliffs and many coconut trees. On weekends or in the high season, it is possible to hire bugg and kayak services. In addition to Tabatinga, we have other beautiful and famous beaches nearby, such as Coqueirinho and Tambaba. Praia Bela is also included in the tours in the region. Our home was designed with a lot of love to welcome our family and eventually host guests. The suite on the ground floor is large and well ventilated, has screens but we offer the option of extra protection of the mosquito net for those who like to leave the doors open. It's ideal for families or a group of friends. The upstairs suite is specially designed for couples, and may eventually accommodate a third person on an extra mattress. The bathroom is part of the decoration of the room and its curtains and transparencies bring a suggestion of sensuality and stripping. The breeze and the sound of the sea are the guests' companions in this different and charming suite. Guest access The land has 450mt ² and the spaces available to guests include: two suites with beds and/or extra mattress, powerful fan, screens on the windows, sheets, towels and pillows, smartv in one of the en-suites; living room/balcony with hammock, sofa with pillows, counter with three high stools and table for six people; kitchen equipped with utensils in general including Tramontina stainless steel pots, refrigerator, stove with four burners, electric oven, microwave and blender; backyard with chairs, table, hammock and barbecue area, large lawn with large and comfortable chairs; garden; outdoor shower; toilet; garage with a covered space and another discovery. Other things to note - We offer food and massage services. - At the time of booking it is necessary to send the hosts photos of the official documents with photo of all guests. - The electricity consumption is not included in the daily rate. It is charged R$1.00 per kwh. - Pets only small and trained. - Depending on the number of nights and the weather conditions, it is necessary for the gardener or the host to carry out the watering work of the garden and the lawn at times previously agreed with the guests. - We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect to receive the house in good order, with the dishes washed and organized, with no trash to be removed and without the need for professional cleaning. If guests wish, the hostess (if available) performs the simple cleaning service for R$200. Deep cleanings require the hiring of a cleaning lady, this service is scarce in our region and requires plenty of advance scheduling, depending on the availability of the professional. - Any damage to objects or house structures must be reported immediately and reimbursed. - Before you request a reservation, it's important to be aware of and agree to follow all house rules, if you have any questions, make an inquiry before you send a reservation request.
