First floor, newly renovated, private, and cozy guest suite in quiet residential neighborhood, outside Washington, D. C. and close to Old Town Alexandria. Totally private with its own entrance. Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocol prior to every check-in. Three (3) miles from multiple Metro stations. Car or Uber service highly recommended. Absolutely NO pets. No smoking. One car only. The space Nice open and airy guest studio with lots of natural light located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Full bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, and small sitting area next to the bed. One queen size bed. Ceiling Fans. USB Charging outlet by the TV outlet There is a fireplace, but please, DO NOT Use. We have central AC/heat and it is controlled from the main area of the house. Everything you would need for a comfortable short stay: - Microwave - Single serving Keurig machine (A couple of pods of regular coffee will be provided). If you prefer a regular coffee machine, let me know. - Electric kettle for those tea lovers - Single-burner, Counter-top Induction Cooktop for basic meals. - Plates, bowls, cups, glasses, forks, knives, spoons - Cutting boards - Full size refrigerator - Washer/Dryer - ~ No dishwasher~ - Instant Pot and Air Fryer on request. Our internet and cable provider is Verizon - We have no premium channels - We do not have Ethernet access, just WiFi Guest access This is a private space with no access from/to the rest of the house. We like our privacy; please respect the rest of the house, especially the back yard. Your entrance is at the end of the driveway, in the front of the house. Depending on your arrival plans, we might meet at checking. No forwarding of mail. Other things to note - Home is located outside the Beltway - Parking for one car only, in front of the house, on the street. - Cleaning services required every two weeks at an additional cost of $65/cleaning, for all stays 28 days or longer. You will be advised in advance of when the cleaning service will take place. You can pay thru Airbnb. - No mail forwarding to this address - No overnight guests - No smoking - House rules are strictly enforced. Violation results in immediate eviction and forfeit of accommodations' fees (as per Airbnb guidelines) - Closest bus stop is an 18 minute walk (0.6 mile) - Car, taxi or Uber recommended - Metro in D.C. can get expensive.
