The space There are four great bedrooms each with a queen bed and side tables. Two of the four rooms have walk-in closets and one includes a television with Roku and two full bathrooms are shared amongst these four rooms. The primary suite with en-suite bathroom has a king-sized bed with a sitting area, a Roku TV, and plenty of space. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The kitchen is open to the dining and living space and provides easy access to the covered back patio through full glass doors. There is a large laundry room off the two car garage and the yard is fully fenced. Guest access Guests can access the home through a keycode entry on the front door, which the host will provide. Once inside, guests can use the garage or front door to access the home. Other things to note Easy access to the home is provided via newly paved streets in the Rancho Mirage community. Sidewalks are plentiful and you can easily walk to the nearby park and green outdoor space. Parking is convenient in the large driveway, the two car garage, or on the street. The Rancho Mirage neighborhood is a brand new development with all new homes. This neighborhood is conveniently located to downtown Maricopa and provides great access to sidewalks, play areas, and open outdoor spaces. The neighborhood is ideal for relaxing stays. PETS We allow up to 3 dogs for $90 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis.
