Hammock Hideaway

This is a place for those who love Old Florida with an abundance of beautiful live oaks that provide a natural shady “Hammock”. Our space is a Bohemian paradise, a place to sit and relax or enjoy the many nearby adventures. Feel free to use the available bicycles and take a quick 5 minute ride to the beach. Ask us about the kayak or surf boards available for nearby water activities. The space This is a fully renovated mobile home with an eclectic outdoor space. Beautiful gardens an outdoor shower and crafting areas surround the lot. Inside you will see much of our own personal artwork and projects. We have put our heart and souls into making this space a true reflection of us. This is our home so everything is available for your convenience including a refrigerator, stove, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster oven and filtered water. The interior is really one large open space with a bathroom and bedroom in the back. There are two new mini split AC units which keep the place cool. Our yard has a plethora of things to enjoy hammocks, chair swings, gas barbecue, fire pit and if your creative juices are flowing we invite you to leave a little bit of yourself. Paint your name on a piece driftwood to add to our guest wall. We will be happy to suggest all the local attractions and events that are happening in the area and recommend delicious and convenient eateries that are close. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lot to do. We do have a cat named Bert that may run through your side of the yard. Ziggy, our dog is far easier to control so she will not!! Guest access Guests have access to the whole fenced in yard. We may come in to water the plants . Our shed and workshop space is at the back of the yard, behind gates, so we sometimes may use that area, but your privacy is most important.
