Sleeps 2 people. One Master bedroom in a two bedroom trailer home. Host is on opposite side of trailer. Lots of privacy. Located near Alberta Creek, Catfish Bay, Caney Creek. Intended for fisherman going out with Guides. Easy access to the Lake. I cater to fishermen. There is a private drive for boat plug in. Two twin beds, private shower, Laundry, share use of kitchen, fridge, freezer and grill. cable TV. Quiet, rural neighborhood near Lake. 10% weekly discount. 25% monthly discount. The space Non Smoking inside. Outside OK. Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly house dog. Lab mix. Grill and Fire Pit available. I am 66 year old retired male that likes to fish. looking for mature guests only. (No Parties.) (Drinking and 420 OK....Just no loud parties or late nights.) Located One mile South of Alberta Creek Road. Very close to Catfish Bay also. Guest access Guests have their own entrance. Private bath and patio/grill area. I know the area and can help with directions and amenities around the area. Two single beds provided. Towels, soap and private shower and laundry available. Cable TV in bedroom. Access to Kitchen, Coffee Maker and Utensils. Wifi available. During your stay I am retired and around most of the time. I like to fish. I can share local information about the Lake and area highlights. Very knowledgeable with Kingston amenities and Lake Texoma. Other things to note Bring your boat! I have been visited by several Bass Tournament fishermen, Catfish and Striper fishermen bringing their own boats and people going out with Guided Striper trips.
