This apartment complex built in 1929, it is located within easy walking distance to the University of Wyoming and downtown. And is less then a block away from the Laramie Plains Museum and the Alice Hardy Stevenson Center, where many weddings are hosted throughout the year. The space Cozy up in our one bedroom one bathroom unit, with a fully equipped kitchen. APARTMENT FEATURES: - Sleeps 4: King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the living room. - Access to the entire apartment - Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV -Portable a/c unit - Full kitchen: toaster, microwave, Keurig, pots and pans - Refrigerator - Small apartment size oven with cooktop - Hardwood floors - Shared laundry facilities equipped with Coin-op washer and dryer are on the lower level of the building. Guest access Laundry facilities are in a shared space. They are coin operated, with the washer at $1.25 and dryer at $0.50 per load. There is also a shared iron and ironing board that is available for guests to use. Other things to note This apartment is located on the main level, there is a tenant in the apartment above this one so you may hear them walking around.
