Less than 10 minutes to N Conway Village, Jackson, Storyland, Saco River, White Mountain Hiking, Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Cathedral Ledge, shopping outlets and many attractions. The space The log cabin features a new fully equipped kitchen, dining room with rustic chairs, and a family room that allows for a view of an extra large deck and seasonal views of the mountains and nearby river. You can access all the Valley has to offer! In the summer- kayaking, tubing, lakes, falls, hiking, etc. In the winter-skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and skating. You will be greeted by "Indian Rock" at the bottom of the newly paved driveway and experience a quiet setting great for family vacations and romantic get-aways. With 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 king master bedrooms on the 2nd floor, Indian Rock comfortably sleeps 10 plus 2 infants. Plenty of parking or use the space for a corn hole game or whiffle ball! Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the oversized private deck or relax under a tree in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy bird watching, biking, walking nature trails, as well as fishing and swimming in the nearby Saco River. Relax in the evening sitting by the new fire pit recently installed. (East Branch Saco River within a 1/2 mile of the cabin). Please enter through the side door. Combination will be communicated 24 hours prior to check in. Other things to note The primary adult must be 25 years of age or older. High chair, booster seats and clamp on seats available for toddlers. No more than 5 cars can be parked at the premise. All guests shall travel no faster than 5mph while navigating the driveway. No glitter or confetti is allowed IN or OUTSIDE the home. No Loud Parties or loud music. Smoking: Not allowed INSIDE the cabin or on the EXTERIOR DECKS or BALCONIES. Please dispose of cigarette butts in outdoor pail provided. Candles & Fireworks: Are prohibited Important: Winter Storms Must have 4 Wheel Drive or all wheel drive to access long paved driveway in the winter. During snow storms it is recommended staying at the cabin until fully plowed. If guests depart during a storm and later return there is no guarantee the driveway will be plowed and risk getting their car stuck midway. Driveway and parking is PROFESSIONALLY maintained with plowing and sanding. During winter storms, the driveway will be plowed once the storm has passed - please be patient and plan accordingly. Power Outage & Storms: Power outages due to snow or wind are unpredictable. No refunds will be given. Because of the mountainous nature the Conway area can lose power but generally is restored within a few hours. This home is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
