The Leprechaun: A solar-powered motorhome!

The Leprechaun is a beautiful, vintage 1988 Ford Coachmen motorhome, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, shower, bedroom and dining area. Guests also have access to an outdoor patio, fire pit and a fenced-in yard. The RV also includes a TV with access to free Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming content, as well as access to a free wifi network. The space Guests have the RV all to themselves! It’s 27’ (8.2m) long, with a dining area, full kitchen, bathroom, shower and bedroom. There is a ‘cabunk’ bed above the driver’s area that sleeps 2, the bedroom mattress can also sleep 2, and the dining table converts to a double bed that sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. Note: The bedroom bed can accommodate guests up to 6’ tall. Anyone over 6’ may need to sleep in the cabunk for the most comfort. The RV has a ceiling-mounted air conditioner and a propane furnace. The backyard is a shared space with a fire pit and chairs, but when we have guests, we do our best to only enter the backyard when necessary for the garden. There is a tv in the bedroom connected to a Roku, and guests have free access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime movies on the complementary wi-fi. There are several bluetooth speakers for guest use, as well as flashlights and a headlamp. Guests are also welcome to use the acoustic guitar; and there are books to read and a few board games to play. Guest access Guests will be given their own key to access the RV, which is accessible from a sidewalk that leads to the RV from free street parking in front of our house. Street parking is monitored 24/7 by our Nest video doorbell. Please note: street sweeping takes place April-October on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please obey any posted parking restrictions. Other things to note We do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status. Pet cleaning fee: $30 We will send a separate request for the pet fee at the time of booking to our guests staying with pets. The fee is due before check-in.
