This is a PET-FREE property due to my son's extreme allergies and asthma. Lake Stevens is 5 minutes from I-5, 30 minutes north of Seattle. Our peaceful place is 3 bedrooms plus a large bonus room, a spacious dining room & living room that seats 10 comfortably. The house includes a deck, 90 jet Jacuzzi, fire pit, hammock, 36" blackstone griddle with air fryers and a warming drawer, Traeger smoker, fully equipped kitchen that includes the best Swiss espresso machine & laundry room with detergent. This house is super comfortable. It is a place to definitely enjoy yourself and relax. A large living room that seats 10 comfortably in leather reclining couches. Surround sound with a 65" Smart TV. There are two additional TV's in the bonus room and Master bedroom. Fully loaded kitchen to make a feast and socialize. Formal dining room with extra large chairs and extra large glass table with gold leaf inlay. Turn the Essential oil diffuser with some music or go enjoy the jacuzzi, fire pit or hammock. There is plenty to do in this house. Anything my guests need I will be available 24/7 Cozy neighborhood in a cul-de-sac within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery & shopping stores. There are grocery stores within walking distance and wonderful restaurants. There is a hide-a-crib if needed (contact me so I can have ready upon check-in) Please leave all dirty towels in the bathtub upon check out and start the dishwasher.
