Recently voted top beach destination in NSW. The property itself is surprisingly quiet & is private. Double bricked, so it’s cool in summer & warm in winter. As you can see in the images, I like colour but without overdoing it, whilst adding my own unique twist of beach vibe to PNG artefacts. A well laid out spacious, 2 storey open plan living townhouse, filled with north facing natural light & wonderful sea breeze throughout during the summer months. New hybrid flooring flows through to the living/dining, kitchen, steps & looks fabulous! Parking: 1 x Garage for guests only. Each room is well equipped with all that you could need during your stay. The spacious courtyard is great for entertaining & is equipped with an awesome gas Everdure BBQ, outdoor seating with outdoor heating, solar lights, relaxed garden landscape. The tall palms help to protect you from windy nights/days, but also gives you that feeling of being right by the sea in a tropical environment. A really a great area to enjoy the outdoor space!
