This property is the perfect location for the whole family to relax & reconnect. Spend the week at our quiet getaway and allow your family to unwind. Utilize our deck or living areas to soak in the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets, storm viewing and whale watching -- we've got it all. Our neighborhood likes turning off our porch lights in the evening to allow for an ultimate star gazing experience. This house features stunning views, cedar walls and updated modern details to help create a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Primary living space and one bedroom located upstairs. There is a large wood burning fireplace in the main room for stormy nights. A smart TV is available for guests to log into their Netflix, HBO-Go, etc. Downstairs there is a secondary living space / game room and two additional bedrooms. Game room includes TV, foosball table, card table and lots of board games. There are deer, birds, rabbits, seals & whales making appearances at Winema on a regular basis. We hope you enjoy seeing them as much as we do! Beach towels, beach toys & folding chairs are available for guest usage. ** Note the only access to the property requires climbing 2 flights of stairs (seen in property photos). There is no alternative entrance - thank you! My husband and I live 2 hours away in Portland Oregon. We are available 24/7 by phone, text or email. We have local resources available at the coast to assist our guests with urgent matters. Take a gravel road up to this secluded neighborhood, occupied by other folks looking to soak up the coast’s scenic beauty. Property is built on rock and not in a tsunami zone. There are steep stairs between the driveway and the house. Pet fee will be applied after booking, $25 per night (1 dog max). Please include pet information in the comments during booking. Immediate beach access next to the house has rocks that can be challenging for small children and/or some adults. There is an alternative entrance 15 minute walk up the road. There is also a drive up beach entrance a short drive away. Cell phone reception can be spotty at the coast depending on carrier -- Pacific Overlook has fully functional WiFi & a landline telephone to assist if needed. We recommend enabling WiFi-Calling on your phone prior to your visit (should be free with most phones/carriers).
