Beautiful room, very bright and quiet, is located in the Malvin neighborhood a few blocks from Av. Italia and Av.Rivera, where many bus lines pass. The room has a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom for exclusive use, and access to a large terrace. In the house live only my daughter and I, and it has a large patio and barbecue. The kitchen and living room are shared.
