Furnished home with large front yard with 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a Queen size bed .Two rooms have TVs. 2 full size bathrooms. You can have a small celebration as long as you keep your music down and quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. There is a large front yard for outdoor relaxation and a grill (per request) The space -Minimum 30 day stay -Smart TV-Easily log into Roku or with your Amazon, Netflix, Pandora and any other account. -High speed internet/WiFi -New Washer/Dyer -New Refrigerator -New AC mini split in living room -Fans in home EARLY CHECK IN - LATE CHECK OUT- available. Just ask. RV $80 per day parking- upon approval as ‘extra booking invoice’. All RVs Must be self contained-no dumping. Guest access You will have the entire unit for yourself. It is very spacious and cozy for a family, group of friends or coworkers. Location is a short drive to downtown San Diego and airport. You can reach most destinations like beaches and SD attractions within 15-20 minutes. There is an attached back studio with quiet family member that will not be a disturbance. Other things to note Parking-driveway which is adjacent to the house. * For security and peace of mind, we have installed 2 24 hour “external only” cameras at the front door and driveway areas. This home does not have a dishwasher.
