Old barn completely renovated by us and subdivided into 3 apartments classified as 3*** each with its own character. Located only 20kms from Strasbourg. We have preserved and highlighted the “traces” of the past, such as the exposed beams, the vaulted ceilings, and the columns. The capacity for each of the apartments varies from 3 to 6 people. The hospitality is personalized. No lockbox, no dematerialized entrance. The maintenance is exclusively done by me. A staircase leads you to the 1st floor where there is a beautiful living room with kitchen/dining area and living room. A terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. You go up another floor to access the sleeping area. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 other with single bed. Bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. Washing machine Guest access You can easily park inside the property. Ground floor access in the entrance then stairs to go up to the floors.
