The main floor includes: Large living room with views out two sides Fully-stocked eat-in kitchen with small smart TV Family room with games and 75" smart TV Bedroom with full sized bed Full bathroom with laundry Half bathroom The second floor includes: Primary bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in closet, desk, arm chair, and smart TV Second bedroom with two twin beds Full bathroom accessible through hallway and primary bedroom In addition to the ample gathering space inside, the fully fenced yard includes a deck with 180 degree water views and a large dining table, entry patio with additional dining space, seating area with Adirondack chairs and a solo stove fire pit. Enjoy swimming with private beach access and private dock. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Take in the more than 180 degree water views from the chairs at the end of the dock. Crabbing and fishing off the dock is great! Please bring your own gear. Visit us on IG @sunsetviewcottage Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and a small shed which contains kayaks, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and more. Guests will also have access to the beach and private dock. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. Please no smoking or vaping of any substances. Bed linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Towels provided are not to be used outside. This property is on a well. We have had the well tested and it is clean for drinking, but guests may prefer to bring their own bottled water or use the Brita pitchers we provide in the refrigerator. Although we love furry friends, due to our insurance stipulations, we do not allow dogs at this time. In the hottest months there are jellyfish in the water. Their sting is similar to a bee sting.
