Our cozy studio is perfect for couples, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a loveseat, and a spacious bathroom. The layout is similar to a hotel room, offering both comfort and convenience. Enjoy stunning sunsets from our third-floor deck, where you can watch the sun dip below the horizon. And with the beach just a block away, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. The space Our studio suite offers a charming and cozy retreat for your beach getaway on Anna Maria Island. As you enter, you'll find a small dining table, a comfy loveseat, a microwave, and a mini fridge for convenience. The room is equipped with a 32" flat-screen TV and free wireless internet to keep you connected during your stay. The queen-sized bed is tucked toward the back of the room, providing a peaceful space to relax. Step through the door into the newly renovated bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. There’s also a garment rack for hanging your clothes and a dresser for your belongings. For added convenience, we provide a coffee maker and toaster oven for quick meals. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are available, so all you need to bring is your swimwear. Stay with us and experience Anna Maria Island like a local! Guest access You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door which all guest can enjoy the grill and outside seating. We have a third floor deck for everyone to enjoy which offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to catch those spectacular sunsets. Other things to note We’re just steps away from the Historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find unique shops, fantastic restaurants, and live music playing all the time. Maximum of 2 persons including children of all ages. We highly recommend travel insurance IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away, a quick 15-minute drive during the off-season. We offer a free washer and dryer, available at limited times throughout the week (Monday to Friday). Please note, there is only one parking space available for your unit.
