The Greenhouse: tinyhome close to Garner&FrioRiver

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise. The space We are only a few miles away from both Garner State Park and the Frio River (the Third Crossing drop off spot in Concan). This area is surrounded by birds, who make daily appearances in the morning. So far, we’ve spotted an Indigo Bunting, Vermilion Flycatcher, Eastern Bluebird, and even the rare Golden Cheeked Warbler! Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise. Feel free to browse our orchard and pick fruit when in season, or select fresh herbs from our herb garden for cooking. We have apple trees, plum trees, a fig tree, pear tree, apricot tree, and peach tree. All of our trees were planted with you in mind. We hope you enjoy our fruit as much as we do! We also have a medicinal herb garden that you are welcome to enjoy. As you walk through the garden, you’ll notice our free range bunnies. We hope you enjoy them, but please do not chase them as that will scare them. You’ll also see our goats Willie and Waylon, and our potbellied pig Porker McCollum. They are friendly and love attention. Guest access You’ll get full access to this tinyhome and the porch. There is a communal spot on the middle of the property for all of our guests to use. Other things to note **Any extra guests beyond the maximum amount for this house will be asked to leave. The maximum for this house is 4 people. We will not allow any more people beyond this amount.** Be sure to bring beach towels to take to the river. We do not provide beach towels, and will charge for any missing towels. The listed price includes the 4% local Hotel Occupancy Tax. We do have WiFi, but it might not be as fast as the WiFi you have in the city. ***There is no grocery store in Concan. Be sure to bring groceries with you.***
