The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, laundry and linens and a sauna on the first floor. The queen size bed fits two and there are two twin beds and a set of bunk beds. There are also two living room areas with couches and love seats. During the winter, visit Holiday Valley for skiing and snowboarding. There are many places to shop and dine at in the village of Ellicottville. During the summer, enjoy hiking, golfing, biking swimming and zip lining at Sky High. The entire space, sauna, washer and dryer are available for you to use (free of charge). My family and I ski and snowboard during the winter, so some of our personal stuff might be in the condo so just please be respectful of those items and leave them where they are! Thanks!
