Garden District, private br & bath, sep. entrance

My place is close to downtown, Cloverdale, Garden District, ASU, Huntingdon, family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space This is a cozy first-floor bedroom with double bed, desk, dresser, closet and attached full bathroom. The air conditioning/heating unit has separate controls for this bedroom, so you can set your own comfort zone. There is a separate entrance through the screened porch. If you are traveling with a larger group, additional bedrooms and full bathroom are available on the second floor. Guest access You are welcome to sit on the deck or relax on the porch, use the kitchen, and enjoy the house. During your stay I am happy to help you with directions, suggestions, some transportation. And I can stay out of your hair. Other things to note Wireless wifi is available. We have no TV. We have a friendly terrier mutt. All doors into the house are accessed by stairs. This is a lovely, quiet neighborhood, convenient to most event locations in Montgomery.
