The space There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and single size bed. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 1) Queen bed 2) Queen bed + Full bed 3) Full size bunk beds (access is gained through one of the other bedrooms). The living room has a large sectional couch that comfortably sleeps two. Guest access Full access to: spacious driveway, front and back yards, Wi-Fi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig Duo coffee maker. Other things to note Driveway entrance with ample parking is located on Ward Street directly across from convenience store. Feel free to park anywhere on the blacktop, please leave the gravel spot on the right side of the garage open. Main entrance is at the front of the house facing Seneca Street (Route 5). Keyless door lock with code provided after booking.
 There’s a small 2nd floor apartment on the northeast side of the house that’s completely isolated with a separate entrance. Both listings can be booked by the same guests who need the extra space and/or are interested in a more private space away from the main house. No parties or smoking of any kind. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am
