NOT SUITABLE FOR ANY ANIMAL OF ANY KIND This is a quiet, tranquil home with ample space to relax (1300sq ft all to yourself). The space you get is most of the 2nd floor of my home (I'm downstairs). You get a bedroom, an entire living room and a private bathroom. Ask about kitchen use. Walking distance to Target, grocery store, Starbucks, and plenty of places to eat. Near by is a clean park as well as a walking/bike trail. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Close to highway, Downtown and old town The space You get most of the upstairs of my house, my living area is completely downstairs. The only shared space is the laundry room upstairs (I try to do laundry between guests). All living areas that you get have doors that can be closed to offer you as much privacy as you want. I am minutes from Golden One center and downtown Sacramento. Uber is a 10 to 12 dollar ride. We also have a city wide App based ride service called VIA which is about 3 dollars anywhere in West Sacramento. Ride with via is the website for info *This listing is self check-in. This means that once a reservation is confirmed, check-in information is available on this website.* I'm a minimalist at heart so for my space, I try to make it as comfortable as possible with as little clutter as possible. The room is outfitted with a queen size bed, nightstand and desk. The bathroom is double sink, and separate shower area. The living area has couches, Television, and entertainment. The total space offered is roughly 1300 square feet of living area. Parking is free on the street or in the right side of my driveway, when looking at the house. I provide towels and a wash cloth, mini fridge and Kuerig with coffee and creamer. There are toiletries in the shower area Wifi information is available in the ad after your reservation is confirmed. I also send it with a few standard messages summarizing my ad etc. Guest access Guests will have access to their private upstairs bathroom, bedroom, and upstairs private living room complete with games and television. (My living space is downstairs) Laundry facilities are also upstairs for you to use. Limited kitchen use is available please ask about it. If you book with any animal your reservation will be cancelled as it is not safe for animals at my home. During your stay I give my guests space and typically do not socialize as guests are not here to visit me. Other things to note You get a private bathroom with a double sink and large mirror and an additional makeup mirror. Kitchen use is available on a limited basis please ask.
