My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island. The space The house has a courtyard outside, but also a barbecue with outdoor dining which is ideal to share moments with family or friends. The house is built on two floors. On the lower floor we find in a single space a modern and very spacious kitchen, which will provide you with all the necessary needs to cook, while next to the kitchen there is a dining room where you can enjoy your meals and then we have created a small living space near the fireplace and TV, which you can take advantage especially in the winter months for moments of relaxation. Next to the kitchen there is also the hallway, which leads to the first bedroom of the house. This room includes two single beds, a large closet, air conditioning, and a balcony door to the patio. Right next door is the second bedroom, which has a king-size bed. The special decoration of the space with stone carved wall will make you love this room. Both bedrooms have separated bathrooms with shower. Going up the wooden stairs you will find in the third bedroom, which also includes a king size bed, as well as a fairly spacious closet. Air conditioning has been installed in this room. The sofa just in front of the bed will give you extra moments of relaxation. This one has its own bathroom with shower as well.
