Other things to note ★ Kitchen & Laundry The apartment is equipped with everything you need to start your stay: Breakfast: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and a starter supply of capsules. Cleaning: You will find washing machine detergents, fabric softener and dishwasher tablets already included. Ironing: An ironing board, iron, and drying rack are located behind the bathroom door. Vacuum cleaner: Located in the kitchen behind the door. Important note: Please carefully reattach it to the wall bracket after use to allow it to recharge and to prevent it from accidentally falling. ★ How the Sofa Bed Works The sofa is very easy to unfold: the cushions are already inside, just pull the backrest toward you. There is no need to move anything. ★ Air conditioning & Utilities Utilities: All expenses (electricity, condominium, water) are included. Heating: Central heating. The times it is switched on and the temperatures are regulated by current regional legislation and cannot be changed manually. ★ Smart Details The lights at the entrance are automatic: they turn off by themselves after you pass. ★ Check-in Self Check-in is provided: flexible and convenient. You will receive detailed instructions after booking. Check the times. Sensors: There are motion sensors in the house for automating the lights. They are NOT cameras: your privacy is total and guaranteed. Hot Water (Technical Note) Hot water is provided by an 80-liter electric boiler, sufficient for 3-4 consecutive showers of standard duration. If the water runs out, it takes about 40 minutes to heat the water again. For safety reasons, water is supplied at 38⁰ C with a thermostatic mixer for maximum comfort.
