Charming beach cottage in Olivia Beach, Lincoln City, just feet from the Pacific Ocean. House is steps away from beach access and sits directly in front of the Central Park with play structure, grass area, fire pit, sand volleyball court, outdoor pool (open seasonally from May to September) and exercise facility. Beautiful sandy beach with tidepools is accessible directly behind home. Beach can be viewed from top of hill next to home with ~100 steps from the top of the hill to the sandy beach. The space Our home is in a premium location, very close to the beach access and in front of the central park. Our home has all the amenities you will need for a great stay including very comfortable Beautyrest mattresses in every bedroom. BBQ and private hot tub are available on the property. We have been renting to guests for over 15 years and consistently average 5 star reviews which we are very proud of! We take customer service very seriously! Guest access Guests can access the entire home, including the detached carriage house extra space and the one car garage. Guests can access the home using a digital lock at the back of the home.
