NEW DATES open! Located in the downtown North West neighborhood, this charming vacation rental cottage offers the quintessential Bend experience. One block away from Harmon Park, the walking bridge that crosses Mirror Pond to old town and Drake Park. The Bend Bungalow has two bedrooms with one queen bed each and a bonus room with a twin day bed for an extra guest. Fully stocked down to the wine bottle opener, enjoy making meals at home or walking to great restaurants as close as 3 blocks away. The space Enjoy an entire home for less than the price of a hotel! On purpose, we keep the nightly rate low so others can enjoy all that Bend has to offer-- including a space that is dog-friendly. You will have the whole home to use to make your trip more comfortable. This home is part of Bend history-- a bungalow used as an old mill worker's home -- it still has lots of character including creaky floor boards but do not fret! Wifi and dishwasher are updates we believe in. Guest access The whole home is yours to enjoy, which includes a fenced back yard, a covered patio with a small bbq grill. (Please note the bonus room is great for an overflow space but it is not a private bedroom. This room includes a day bed (twin), the laundry and a walk though to the back door, but it does have a door to shut off from the rest of the home.) Other things to note Pets: Dogs only. Please contact for approval for no more than 2 dogs per visit. What type? Dogs are not allowed up on the furniture/beds, need not be left alone inside the home, and need their own beds or crate. Thank you. Cleaning fee: Please note that for stays more than two weeks the cleaning fee is $150 (not $85). No smoking of any type in this home. Thank you.
