2 story apartment - country feel, city convenience

Newly remodeled, two-story attached apartment with private entrance and ~1,000 sq ft of space. Sauna. Two Queen beds with top quality mattresses and bedding. Plenty of parking. Cap at 4 adults, but beds for kids available on request. Internet TV only. Overall, it's very quiet, but we have two young children, and you will likely hear them between 7 am and 8 pm. There is a spiral staircase to get to the lower level, so this is not ideal for folks with mobility limitations. The space The apartment is a sectioned off part of a larger house, separated by interior doors on both floors. You do not share any space with us. We have two young children, and you will likely hear them between 7 am and 8 pm. You park outside and enter via private entrance on the ground floor. There is room outside for bikes and other outdoor gear. Can park 2 cars + a trailer if needed (please let us know in advance if you are towing toys). On the ground floor, there is a large family room with a tv monitor hooked up to air-play for streaming with your Apple product (but no cable or satellite), comfy chairs, and plenty of space for your boots, coats, and other gear. To get downstairs, you will need to use the spiral staircase. On the lower level, you'll find another big common space with a large kitchenette, dining table, a queen Murphy bed, and a couch. There is also a large bedroom and a bathroom with a sauna. We remodeled the entire space starting in the fall of 2019. Brand new top quality mattresses and bedding. Kitchen has: full sized fridge, microwave, a large toaster oven (can fit a pizza) drip coffee maker, plenty of dishes, sharp knives, cutting boards, and more. We'll provide basic oils, spices, tea and local coffee from Catch & Release Coffee Co (amazing stuff). Easy access to almost everything from tech trails to snowmobile trails to downtown and MTU. Guest access You have a ton of private space (over 1000 square feet), with common spaces both on the main floor and in the basement. There's a big bedroom, and a bathroom that's yours alone. We knocked out two large egress windows, so the basement space is filled with light. Our private space is adjacent and in the same house, but sectioned off with walls/doors. We're happy to share our big yard and driveway if you or your kids want to horse around. Basketball hoop in the driveway. Just make yourself at home!
