In the renovated Eldalio, you will live in a stylish room with modern amenities. The Eldalio is the latest co-living project for guests in the Cologne/Bonn area. Your room (including your own bathroom) is air-conditioned, electronically lockable and offers coziness and privacy. In addition, a sun terrace, a luxurious shared kitchen, a co-working space and a co-living space are available. The rooms, towels and linens are cleaned once a week. The transport connection is first class. Cologne-Bonn Airport is a 20-minute Uber or taxi ride away. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can go directly to the ICE train station in Siegburg, to Cologne-Bonn Airport, to Cologne (30 minutes) or Düsseldorf. By tram you can reach Bonn city center in 23 minutes. The same tram stops on the way at the head offices of Deutsche Post DHL, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Welle or UNESCO. These companies can be reached in 15 minutes by tram. The corresponding tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. The A59 and A3 towards the Ruhr area or Frankfurt am Main can be reached in a few minutes by car. When you step out of the house, the banks of the Rhine are only 1 minute away and the entrance to the Siebengebirge is only a 5-minute walk. The bike paths along the Rhine invite you to relaxing bike tours. Königswinter is a "place to be" in terms of local recreation and quality of life on the outskirts of Bonn and Cologne. A variety of restaurants, cafes and also a supermarket are less than a 5-minute walk away. In the street of your second home there is, among other things, a pharmacy, a tailor and laundry, two bakeries, a post office and also a test center.
