Quiet condo in Toronto; 10 min walk to subway

Clean, quiet and upkept condo with plenty of unobstructed natural light on the top (12th) floor of a new building. 10 minute walk to Islington Subway/bus station. Located near Bloor and Dundas for quick access to plenty of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, parks and more all within walking distance. Includes one vehicle free residential parking, Condo has billiards room, gym, virtual golf, and party room. Our minimum stay is 28 nights. Stay for 31 or more nights, to save $200 on taxes. The space One master queen size bedroom, with a computer desk and floor-to-ceiling windows (part of which can open for fresh air). One standard bathroom with tub and shower. Washing machine and dryer room. Open concept kitchen and living room bathed in sunlight. Sofa in the living room opens into a double bed. (For 1-2 guests). Recommended for 2 people, but if you sacrifice some living room space the fold out sofa can hold 1-2 more comfortably. Other things to note Guests need to complete a Resident Registration Form before checking in. This form is required by management in order for the concierge to let the guests in without hassle.
