Entertainment- We offer Wi-Fi, a mounted smart TV in the living room, Amazon Prime Video, HBO & Netflix games to play and books to read. 🐾 Pet Policy We love our furry friends, but unfortunately pets are not allowed at Juniper Revival. As owners, we frequently use the cabin ourselves, and because some of our family members have allergies, we need to keep the space pet-free. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests. 🐶 If you’re traveling with pets, please note that this cabin won’t be a fit — but the good news is that Big Bear has many wonderful pet-friendly cabins available, so you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect stay for you and your four-legged companions. 🌲 A Note About the Mountains Big Bear is a true mountain town, which means pine needles, dust, dirt, and the occasional pine cone are all part of the charm. That said, our cleaning crew is incredible, and together we work hard to make sure you arrive to a clean, welcoming cabin that meets high standards. We hope you enjoy Juniper Revival as much as we do and soak in everything Big Bear has to offer. Your feedback means the world to us, and our goal is always to make your stay as memorable, restorative, and groovy as possible. ✨ Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the front and backyard, closets in bedrooms & the washer & dryer. The only closet in the house that guests cannot access is the hall closet downstairs near the bathroom. This closet will remain locked. **There is also large locked owners shed in the backyard that guests will not be able to access. Not to worry though, everything you need will be in the cabin. Other things to note Air Conditioning: There is no A/C in the cabin. We do have 3 floor fans you are welcome to use. The fans can be located in each upstairs closet. Heating: There is a heater/wall unit downstairs & a wall unit in each bedroom. If you have small children, please keep them away from the units. The thermostat for the downstairs unit can be located at the bottom of the staircase on the wall. Please make sure the thermostat is never set lower than 55 degrees. This will prevent the pipes from freezing during the winter. *Tip for heating: If you can, keep the bedroom doors open while the downstairs heater is running. Heat rises and the whole house heats up pretty quickly when the downstairs unit is on. You are required to carry tire chains in your vehicle when traveling in mountain communities in the state of California during winter months. We do not live locally, therefore we will not able to help if your car becomes stuck. Snow Removal is the guests’ responsibility. Snow Removal: During heavy snow fall, shoveling may be required to gain access to the cabin. Two snow shovels will be provided for your stay. For heavy snow fall, we will also provide information about Snow Removal Services to all confirmed guests. Parking: 2 cars max. The Big Bear Lake City ordinance limits the number of cars that can park at each property. These are set by the city or county and are non-negotiable. Guests found to be in violation will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees, charges and deposits. The maximum car parking is based on ideal weather conditions. Large vehicles take up more space than standard cars. Winter snow will likely reduce parking by one (1) or more spaces depending on the location. Plan appropriately. In some situations, larger vehicles or extra cars may have to park in a city parking lot which are based on availability. Please use common sense when parking- Do not block streets or corners and keep all cars parked in the driveway. During snow conditions, do not block snowplows or park anywhere on the street. City fines for blocking street during snow conditions is $150, possibility of being towed and/or immediate eviction. Registration Details CESTRP-2020-00725
