Sleeps the whole family with 7 bedrooms total, including master bed & bath. 2 full bathrooms & outhouse. Enjoy Spring and Fall foliage even longer with mini split and wood stove. The space Private sandy swimming steps from the front entrance. Diving off the 25 foot long dock. Boat ramp and mooring on dock. Canoe and 3 kayaks with paddles and life jackets on site. The bedrooms are small, but that means you'll be forced to enjoy the outdoors or spend time with family in the large living room. 40 AMP NEMA outlet for EV charging. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house & property. This includes private dock, boat ramp, and shed with extra seating, 3 kayaks, and life jackets.
