Relax & unwind at MindPebble healing eco-gardens, amazing views overlooking historic church. 2 garden-view bedrooms with bathroom. Sleeps 4 people in 1 double bed and 2 adult sized twin beds. Message for price for 1 room. Pub 1 minute walk. Breakfast. Dark Night Skies. Near Rye, New Romney, Dungeness, Ashford. Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Hole Park easy drive. Sandy beach 4 miles. Women friendly. Guest fridge/microwave/dining area. Cycle storage. EV Charger close. Regret no children under 7. The space The guest suite consists of two pretty and private rooms in large home shared with host. Both rooms have church and garden views and they share an adjacent private bathroom dedicated to these two rooms only. One room has a double bed and the other has two standard sized single beds. Guest dining area/eating facilities in large shared conservatory with access to the gardens. Quiet writing space/desk and computer monitor available. There is no stair gate and there is an open pond and other hazards on or around the property so booking for children under 7 is not possible. I offer private retreats and wellness sessions linked to my mental fitness programmes at MindPebble Coaching and B & B Retreat. Guest access Shared entrance with host, use of large conservatory/eating area, lounge and gardens. Guest fridge, toaster and kettle in eating area and tea sets in both bedrooms. Rooms are on first floor. Ample parking is available immediately next to the house on the private drive. During your stay I am around much of the time but and enjoy socialising with my guests if they wish to. I am a holistic therapist and you should be aware that there is a set quiet time in the house from 11am-4pm when I may be working with clients. See house rules. Other things to note The property (both house and garden) is a holistic healing centre. You are asked to observe the quiet time between 11am-4pm and after 11pm when noise should be kept to a minimum. Free range hens in the gardens. Please do not book if you are afraid of birds and wish to spend time outside. Dark Night Skies - you are welcome to sit out at night to view the stars or listen to the Little Owls or you can do so from the shelter of the large conservatory. Wildlife garden and pond - feel free to venture down to the pond or wildlife gardens to experience the birds, dragonflies, hedgehogs and other wildlife. Please note that Romney Marsh is home to mosquitos in summer. You may wish to wear long sleeves and trousers or bring insect repellent if you are easily bitten. Formal gardens - these are closer to the house and consist of rose and herbaceous borders and a courtyard garden, where you are also welcome to spend time relaxing.
