Townhouse in Temecula

Peaceful room with comfy queen bed to relax in after work or enjoying a day exploring Temecula. Wineries (approx 6 miles to the nearest winery), breweries, golfing, Pechanga casino (3 miles), and Old Town Temecula (1.5 miles). Right off the I15 freeway. Please note that this is a room rental with kitchen access only. Not the full condo. The space 10x14 bedroom next to a private bathroom. Kitchen Access. Garage parking. Guest access Aside from your private space you have kitchen access. There is a Keurig coffee maker and microwave for your use in the closet across from your room. The closet has been converted to a "pantry" and has an empty shelf for non-perishable items. Let me know if you need refrigerator and/or freezer space. The kitchen may be used prepare meals. During your stay I am in and out a lot so you may not see me often but I will always be available by telephone. I try to work from home a few days a week. There are no "curfews". I have friends and family over but they are gone by 8 or 9. My son often hangs out and works in the living room while my grandson plays with neighborhood friends on weekdays. (usually 3 - 6pm) After working a long day I usually prefer to come home and enjoy quiet time, but please don't ever hesitate to contact me for needs or questions! Other things to note To maintain your privacy I will provide extra sheets, towels and bathroom cleaning supplies for your use. Over the years I have learned that guests prefer to keep the space private and launder the sheets and towels themselves.
