Explore drives to Bobcaygeon, Peterborough and the turquoise crystal clear waters of Sandy Beach, enjoy a walk with kawartha ice-cream by the Trent-Severn waterway locks. You won't be disappointed with the location and cleanliness. relax on a hammock or BBQ in the evening. The property is a located on a flat and fenced in location with a lock gate. Other things to note Please read the cottage house rules posted in the cottage. No parties or Events allowed on the property. please be respectful of neighboring cottages. No loud noise. Absolutely no pets allowed on the property Septic tank - please discard all bathroom garbage waste into garbage waste bin provided... even toilet paper. Only number of booked people allowed to stay overnight. Remember to bring your own *fishing rods *linens and pillow cases. (Only pillows and bed cover is provided. *toiletry items (soap, shampoo,tooth paste, toothbrush... etc) * bathroom towels Gannon Narrow Marina for launching and docking your boats, sea-doos etc (no docking on launching from the cottage property) please contact them for their hours of operation and fees. *fire pit to be used according to city bylaws, following the burn hazard index which is updated at the kawartha lakes website. You can leave your garbage and recycle, neatly in black bags tightly tied in the shed and we will dispose of it. (please condense everything and no more than 2 black bags) BBQ - you can fill it at the closest gas station... 10 mins away. please remember to clean BBQ grills with provided brush after each use Satellite Bell TV available No cottage telephone.
