This guest suite is located within close proximity to Kaufman (12 minutes), Crandall (10 minutes) and Scurry TX (6 minutes). With only a short 40 minute drive to downtown Dallas, it offers the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a day trip to Dallas. The space Situated on 2 acres in the country, this is the perfect overnight location. With a queen bed, this quiant suite is suitabble for a single person or couple. For your convenience, we provide you with coffee, tea and water aswell as Corn Flakes and Granola. The suite is equiped with a mini fridge, microwave, TV with Google Chromecast, wifi and linens. Other things to note Our farmhouse boasts a newly remodeled and updated property. We also have Nigerian Dwarf Goats, free-range egg laying chickens, 2 dogs and 1 barn cat. You will notice us outside quite often during the day cleaning the goat barn and chicken coop or just attending to the garden. If you are interested in interacting with the goats, just let us know in advance. We will be very happy to show you around. Check-in resumes at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. At check-out time, if I am unavailable, please lock the suite and place the keys under the doormat. No pets allowed onto the property.
